"I have had amazing success with Jason and couldn’t recommend him more! Jason has helped me refine my approach to workouts, nutrition, and overall motivation. The result has been weight loss and a significant tightening of my whole body. I was one of those people that worked out occasionally, ate reasonably well, and looked fine (especially in clothes!). I don’t have the time to go to a gym and rarely have time to even go for a run. My weekday workouts need to be immediately before or after work and Jason has been extremely accommodating each time. Jason has equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to do workouts whenever, wherever. I trained with Jason for two years. When I started, I had all kinds of issues. I appreciated Jason's thoughtful and strategic approach. He watched how I walked and moved and created workouts that helped fix many of my body mechanics. I kept challenging his creativity by injuring myself (on my own time), and he rose to the occasion each time, sometimes adjusting the workouts on the fly when needed.
